It could be a coin from Ferdinand III based on what is legible of the legend and the portrait.
With the right lighting more of the inscription should be clearly legible, so please try to make a couple more pictures of each side and one might be able to piece the whole legend together and tell you exactly what it is.
Also state diameter and weight.

Seems to be a coin from Ferdinand I of Medici from Pisa, but need to find it in a catalogue.

Mmmh I did think that it looks like from the italian states. So that would be tuscany then ?

I stand to be corrected but I believe that this coin is of Ferdinand I of Medici showing the beheading of John the Baptist.
