There have been a few recent topics on this subject. If a coin has a die crack, a die clash or die trails, do these conditions add to the value of the coin, particularly MS coins.

Depends. I think that there is a growing interest in these types of coins, perhaps more so with die trails. Mint state coins are nice, but certain cracks, trails, and clashes add interest. As for value, it really comes down to the significance of the issue. Significant die clashes can draw decent money; trails and cracks less so. But as I've often said here, would the Liberty Bell be as interesting without the crack?

All in the eye of the hobbyist. I look for these when I CRH and keep the ones that suit me. Finding higher grade coins helps, especially on clashes and trails where witness marks can be dulled by abrasion or hidden on a worn coin. Good luck on the hunt!

It all depends on how strong they are. The stronger the better.

Note a lot of transfer from the opposite sides. These can go for what ever it takes to get these on ebay. The Cent sold for over $75. He only found one in the lot he checked through. Nickel has never been up for sale.
Trails:

Interest show for stronger examples: Less for lighter examples:

Die cracks would need to be across the whole coin and if the die is spliting, then the more interest is shown:
I don't have any good images of these on my image host right now.

A VERY generalized statement:
Those features only add to the value of a coin when they are also a diagnostic for a variety.
Otherwise they only make a coin "interesting" and will have a slightly higher value to a specialist.
Rest in Peace
