1983 Martin Luther 20 Mark** Bu? Proof? Unc?

Hello all!
I recently purchased this DDR (GDR) 1983 20 mark, Martin luther commemorative coin. Any grading help or general information would be greatly appreciated as I get very mixed opions on this coin. Some of the people ive talked to say its worth $1200 canadian, while others say it is worth only its weight in silver. I am officailly stumped.
weight:20.89 (cheap inaccurate scale)
diameter: 33mm
comp:.500 silver
non-magnetic
Coin has never been touched, and under loupe has absolutely no imperfections even on the highest points...
(Black dot is mark on camera lense, not coin)

Coin came as a part of a small lot...2 Buffalo nickels, a few '45 nickels, 2 silver cougars and then this guy.
