Above the lower serif we see marks that are from a damaged punch. Above the devices there is a lot of glare and what I think is machine damaged at the tops of the date and mint mark.

That image is a lot better, but I don't feel it is a RPM. There should be a spread to show the multiple punchings in order to be a RPM. When the punch get set deeper into the die, the mint mark can look full and is actually taller than the other devices. But I don't see this as a RPM.
This one you can actually see the separate punching.

San Francisco Mintmark Styles for year 1973 are below. In my opinion if the mintmark of my coin is not RPM is style for 1974 blob s.
