Went to one of my favorite spots to do some detecting on Christmas day and had a 1942 day, well sort of anyway. Got me a WWI/II era button and an 1830-1840 era flower button also.

Love to dig the silver, but hate the over abundance of hair line scratches due to being in the dirt that is always on them.

Not to worry! Anytime you can dig a hunk of silver American history
like that Walker, makes the day (and even the year) - nice buttons too, love the history!
