Kwangtung-Something-Or-Other

I've searched the Krause catalogs on this but no find. It is like that late brass small cash coins except the legend is different. The top character on the obverse is Kuang but the other three are not the usual ones. The reverse has the Manchu Boo and the Manchu character for Kwangtung. It measures 17mm and weighs 1.36 grams.

Any idea what this is?

Thanks in advance..

Probably some sort of phantasy piece or charm - hopefully 'manymore' can enlighten us.
