I had this coin listed on ebay as an 1802. I decided to pull it because under closer examination I think I got that wrong. At this point, I think it's an S-254 or S-251, but there's a remote chance it's an S-272 (very remote). It's very worn, but here's a few unique markers. LIBERTY is very close to the hair. The E is rotated slightly clockwise. The E is just about centered on the second hair bump. The hair bow is not large. The revers is pretty weak, but some markers still show. The base of one branch projects to the right serif of the A in AMERICA. The line in the fraction extends to the outer edge of the last 0 or maybe a bit more. Are there any other possibilities? Any hope that it is an S-272?

Quick glance at the reverse tells me it is not the 272.

I'm rarely so lucky. The obverse matches S-251 and S-254, but I'm going with S-254 because of what I can see of the fraction.
