I assume you are referring to the Charlton numbers for varieties? 67th edition.

You have no idea, when I am writing geological reports, how I often mistype obverse instead of observe... my peer reviewers catch it all the time (since spell-checks don't) and now I do <find> and <replace> searches in my draft reports....

Too funny! As you probably know, my first language is french. I'm working in aviation where everything is done in English. When I raise snags or other deviations, I always ask a friend of mine to double check if I do something wrong (Customer can ask to see all papers). We don't have access to a peer reviewers wich in my case would be a good thing!

My wife has a similar situation ...............English is her 3rd language. Fluent in French and German. You have to see some of the stuff she writes!
