I'm on my phone so I'll wait on a grade, but I think it's got less wear than it seems. I see "wear," but I don't see a lot of rub elsewhere.

Appears to grade EF-40 to me. It seems to have a touch more wear and less remaining mint luster than the 1859 quarter.
