From your pics it seems to have good legs to stand on. You need to give us a good pic of the UN of United on the reverse . If it is die 4 there will be die scratches angling down from the N towards the memorial .

I just checked wexlers site and all the die markers seem to match up with WDDO-004 Stage A. I have a hard time getting pic that close on my camera.

Alas, that is a bit too close for your photo rig.
Just sit back , do some chold birth breathing exercises, and take a pic from somewhere about the same distance as your previous pic of IN GOD. If you have a hard time seeing the markers we do too.
We want to celebrate the same as you... we will just appear a bit greener , that envy stuff you know.

Do you think you can duplicate your camera technique from pic #2 of your first post.
Whatever camera you are using try stacking up something to hold it steady against, most your shots are loosing detail from camera movment.

Play with your light angle so that it makes the markers pop. What I am seeing is encouraging.

The scratches must wore to flat to pick up in a picture. Heres the final try. If it doesn't help I will just have to send it off to wexler for attribution.

I can see the scratch. Unless my eyes are playing tricks. I don't think so though

Better images would help a lot more. The "IN" doesn't look like the same doubling as the 004.
http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=eds
It looks more like the 002 or 007?
Note the spread on these "I" on IN? The 004 is thin in that area and the 002, 007 are wider:
