Ok, while we are on a roll. I also found a ms65 1983 Lincoln that on the obverse the background surface to the right of Liberty, is slightly raised in two perfect rectangular shapes and the line dividing the shapes goes right through the y in liberty. what type of error is this, lamination?

It sounds like a die clash, could you get some pictures?

Setup an account with with photobucket.com It is free. Then transfer the image link to here. Also the images need to be in the 600-1000 pixel width to see what you have.

That is part of a clash. You are seeing part of the bays that transferred during a clash from the reverse die. Here is a mock up overlay from a 2000-s cent:

Looks more like damage. Note how the area in question is taller the the devices? That is a sure sign for damage because the metal has been moved. On a lamination, it can peel away, but not raise the surface of the coin as damage does.

This is the first time I've seen doubling on both sides. Can I get a opinion on this coin and would it be wise to get graded? Thanks in advance!

That looks like the result of extreme die wear, and not a doubled die, unfortunately, you can see evidence of the wear by the rippling effect in the fields
