Looks like coin contact with reeding? It shouldn't be there and because it is incuse, I feel it is PSD.

I agree with coop. looks like some reeds. strange though since it was prob bagged and machines with others sacs which dont have reeds.

This coin looks circulated. I'm unfamiliar with how big they are but it is completely possible that it's the reeding of another denomination coin. Maybe a quarter or half dollar.

It could have also been bag with Susan B Anthony's which do have reeds.
