This one reminds me of those 1950's penny's with the extra globs of copper filling the "B"'s "5" and "9's". This one almost looks like I could lift it out though. Thoughts?

That is a die chip. They progress often in this area.

The ones I made were from a pair of 2008-P OBW rolls. They showed the different stages of die wear and was able to make the gif I posted.
