Can't read enough of the inscription to attribute it.
Based on the image,I assume it is from a bishopric or abbey.

Obverse: arms of Trier/Sötern, PHIL CHRI D G ARCHIEP TREV
Reverse: St Peter with key and book, CHVRF TRIR LANTMINTZ.
These were minted 1623-53. 1650 date here above the arms?
