Hello everyone..

I had a website I was using last year sometime....but I can't remember the name...

I have a bunch of nodate buffalo's and I dont want to restore them...so I need the web site again on how to identify them..... By the ribbon pattern and so on.....

any help would be awesome....

Not sure what ribbons you are talking about. The only way I know of to identify no date Buffalo nickels is to look for the "raised ground" on the reverse, which would be 1913 Type 1.

I don't know how many unidentified dates you possess, but it wouldn't hurt to post the images right here. Lots of knowledgeable folks are at your disposal.

I believe this must be the image you were thinking of:

Buffalo-Nickel-Help-Looking-For-Website-For-No-Date-Identify

It only applies to 1920, 1921, and 1924 dated nickels. And of course there's the raised ground to look for on 1913's.
