Looks like it might be master die doubling. You might check the other areas to see if it matches this coin?

That is master die doubling. A large percentage of the cents from that year from all three mints show this common doubling. This is a doubled die, but with so many examples they are just normal coinage for that year. Worth what it says on the reverse of the coin. They get the heart racing, until you realize they are the common ones.
