unholyroller Pillar of the Community United States 1903 Posts	Posted 01/08/2015 5:27 pm for the better part of two years I searched 4 boxes a week and weighed every single roll I searched. My results... Rolls with 90% are easy to spot by weight Rolls with ONE 40% are almost impossible to pick out be weight Rolls with multiple 40% can be spotted by weight Exceptions to this... I have had rolls with extra coin(s) in it that made me think I had multiple 90% I have found rolls missing coins that came in underweight I have found rolls without silver, the right number of coins that also came in significantly underweight...interesting finds those were. I have found underweight rolls with magicians coins I found that weighing the rolls gave me visibility to things about the coins I would have otherwise missed (underweight) and would suggest everyone do that searches rolls.
