Franklin Mint NCLT, so you should always expect the grade to be high.
Has a few small black spots, otherwise un marked, Nicely struck, so MS64 or 5.
In MS62 or less, they have little premium above melt value.
I found my MS62 Bahama Islands silver $5 in a dealer's $10 junk box, some years ago.
