I think I have the identification correct, but I've never seen one with clashes and a Cud. Any idea on value? I paid $4.00; it seemed like a bargain for a cool error.

The high points have worn yellow, so I'd call it KM/Y 400.7b (the brass variant).

I'd also agree that there's a die clash. I think it's also a badly deteriorated die, including the Cud, though I'm always reluctant to call errors/varieties on a coin this badly environmentally damaged.
