I will say that they graded it MS-65 but has a shot at grading 66 today.

If it's ANACS they probably gave it a 66 but I'd say that it's a solid 65.

Maybe MS64 in an old ANACS and leave it right where it is unless you plan on selling it and the upgrade value warrants it.
I love those old ANACS holders as well. What I do with old holders that are ungraded in my collection is catalog the grade and include my estimate in parenthesis.
