I think it's a 65, the cheek is super clean and theres no major marks anywhere, the old TPG however might have given is a 64

I think it is in a MS-64 holder. May grade 65 but I'm not sure. The cheek looks like it could be borderline and I am not sure if the fields are clean enough to help it out.

I think one thing that may be causing problems with grading this coin is digital photography. The cheek hasn't taken a hit, what you see are luster grazes....holder is a touch beat up too :)

65 for me, seen plenty of stabbed 65's with more hits than this one
