Hi
I recently had a problem through ebay about a buyer "supposedly" not receiving the coin I sent him. I had no choice but to refund him.

I'm wondering what kind of insurance, confirmation or whatever do you recommend for low value items. Say $3-$10 items?
So if something like the above ever happens again I'm covered and they are covered

THANKS

Make delivery confirmation standard for your auctions. I guess that depends on how much that adds to the price, though.

If you accept pay pal as payment ,,you need to provide proof of delivery or you will lose everytime that a claim of Item not delivered is filed.

The post office has minumum requirements for delivery confirmation the package has to be 3/4 of an inch thick or more at the thickest part.

I've never heard of restrictions based on package size. I've gotten delivery confirmation many times on flat envelopes. I'd recommend signature confirmation on items of any value.
