I don't see it. Is it a 1972? If so they are known for master die doubling.no added value.

I see no evidence of hub doubling. All the devices seem to be normal. The mark on the "E" would not be a doubled die. The devices around that device are normal. It might be a contact mark/ejection damage or something else.
