It looks a lot like 1971-D RPM-001. But the location of the mint mark is not a sure thing because of the image provided on the CONECA listing.

The note about the coin damage is what I observed. I placed the notation on it because I noticed it looked different than yours. Always good to see why it looked different. Sometimes a different die, others something happened to their coin. Great example. You coin is an earlier die state. They might want the images for their attribution?
