While not Prieur 829, Sear has in GIC the type with reference to Bellinger 59, 169.
The legend there reads KAIS.M.OPEL.ANTWNINOS / DEMAPX.EX.VPATOS,
so the part you can barely read would be with Greek letters "KAIC.M."
