Was in the pawn shop yesterday and came across a obviously cleaned 1890 cc Morgan. Shop owner said he was willing to give it up for $70. I would grade it about xf. My question is would anyone spend that on a coin you can tell was cleaned? Not harshley however has the normal clean feilds and gunk around the lettering. Thanks for any input.

1890-CC is the most common date of CC Morgan in circulated condition. Cleaned, I would not touch it unless it's a tailbar. Then I would just buy it and flip it.

Save your money, you can get a nice, original XF for $140-$160.
Rest in Peace

You'll only regret this purchase down the road when you're looking for an upgrade to replace it.
