Need to say, that also save them...
Of cause with the backmind thought, that they migh be worth some $ in the future....or like in the "Day After Tomorrow" - could be thrown to the fire. Forgot to add - they basically colourfull and nice looking.
The Superman catalogue: I see in it exactly the same value as the Comic Book #1 or whatever. Same piece of paper. But: If the collector wish to pay money for it - why not. Yes, this is some kind of art, basically as our coins.
I still keep the Superman catalogues: in small format and big format. The small one has two versions - English and French, the big is bi-lingual. On the small one I have personal signature of Superman coins creator (not the designer, but the Master of the Mint).

I save them as a back-reference. It's interesting to go back a few years, and compare products with prices. It's actually horrifying to see how the prices have gone up, yet we continue to purchase these little buttons of gold and silver.

Went into the Post Office and got a bunch of the Superman Catalogs from there, not worth as much but all the same free. The big one White Cover that was sent out to MC members 8x11 is worth the most. Toronto Star insert maybe?

I tossed out the insert. Must have found extra inventory from return orders.

Lol. So, I created this thread to receive some feedback about what do you all think about the RCM goals in term of strategy (NCLT) and almost all the replies talk about the profit they can do with their catalogs and brochures..... I feel like RCM has a new approach trying to help dealers make money, maybe it's because of a pressure from them, who knows. It seems to me that my Representative is a bit further than he used to be and with all the dealers' discounts, I guess it'd be quite difficult to be a Representative nowadays.

Strategy is to plague you with e-mails until you block them. Buying through their dealer network, mostly at a discount because of Overstock. One crown corp selling anothers' products at a loss. Good strategy ... for me. Get the coins while they're hot. At full retail before they are discounted. Only for a select few coins.

Ha ha.... No one wants to talk about the RCM Strategies I guess.... They do what they like anyways no matter what we say or don't say.

I am surprise they didn't mention the coins are still available at the boutique. As for the catalogue, I use them as cup holder and throw them out once the new one arrive. I sold the Superman catalogue for $15
