Not very thrifty to hand them over to the bank without sorting out the more valuable ones.
Anymore here living close to that bank and rushing there to buy them off?

OH, WOW. I just was wondering how much he lost in that transaction. Just imagine how many of those were worth at least a few dollars. And if some were from back in the 20's or 30's, lots of dollars. His pile of Pennies may well have been worth thousands of dollars or more.
This is why I keep telling people to go around asking people if they have cans, jars, boxes, etc. of coins laying around.

Keys admits that he still has a ton of pennies left at home which he kept and did not cash in and he already has a plan for what he's going to do with them.

Looking at the one picture of coins, they were all Memorials so I wonder if he has gone through them all and pulled out anything of value.

Most of his coins are still copper nonetheless. He should sell to a copper hoarder
