This one looks about the same as one I just put up 16 degrees-I don't know about the 2 but I think I see die chips there

And I think up to like 8 degrees is normal(someone may correct me) so 16 degrees may not be much but it's the best one I've found to date...

The spot in the center of the coin on the reverse looks like a stain. Rotation should be at least 45 degrees before they get interesting.

I edited this image to give the angle 45 degrees would need to be. Less than that is common.
