Reverse is probably VG-10 and Obverse looks like VG-08. I don't see Fine as the upper wing detail is gone and the skirt is devoid of any lines.

I think it qualifies as F-12. Skirt lines are weak on early Walkers. Surfaces look original and rims are strong. Nice!

I'm leaning more to VG10 with those pics, this one is on the edge of VG-F. Very close to F12 (sharper pics would help). Nice coin though, looks original with good rims. Very tough date, thanks for posting!  Here is a 21-P graded PCGS F12 for comparison..  (sample photograde for ballparking..)

I am wondering about the lack of skirt lines. Does this affect the grade? I thought VGs have half the skirt lines?
