I wanted to submit this $ 10 D 1908 no motto, was inside a box that says first minted, I do not know the meaning, according to you is in good condition?
the pictures are not the best being out of the office, as soon as I put more pictures if you need

To accurately grade I think better pictures are needed when you get a chance. And perhaps a picture of the box too.

It looks fairly high grade.

Definitely need larger, clear pics to determine grade.
Looks like a high grade MS coin from a distance, agree this one needs to be submitted to a TPG.

Inadequate images for grading but it does look like there is wear on the eagle's neck and shoulder which would preclude any MS grade. AU (About Uncirculated) 55 would be my guess.

Submission to a grading service probably would not add much value, except for authentication. You can make a preliminary check for authenticity by measuring the weight; it should be about 16.7 grams. If the coin is a fake it probably weighs much less than that.
