I am finding out if this is a new one so I am not giving away the date yet:-) Jefferson nickel DDR. I waited until I had two of them to confirm my suspicions. Easy to see on STATES, and all the lettering around the edge. It grows more subtle toward the center of the coin but it is visible, if you look closely on the word MONTICELLO

That's very nice, Bill! Under what classification of DD does this

fall under? I believe that there 8 types of errors in general.

It appears to be a Class IV (Offset Hub Doubling) but I want to get it examined to be sure.
