I found this going through a BU roll of 1974-D Ikes. Is this a " Struck Through Grease" error?

If it is I am not seeing much. Relief is pretty good and field is pretty well kept. Minor at best.

This is what I was thinking too. It isn't as obvious as this 1977, which was included in an original mint set. Now I wish I would have kept it in the original cellophane:

This happened when I first started collecting, and I didn't even notice the error. It was originally intended for one of my Ike sets, but now I may send it in for grading/certification.

It looks more like an orange peal to me. I would not consider this struck through anything.

The 1977 is a Struck Through Grease error. The 1974 looks like something one the coin?
