Have one from the same year with different legend.
What I like about yours is that the year is spelled out and not just indicated by a Greek numeral.

I was told by the dealer (super nice guy with his time) that there is silver in this coin even though it appears bronze.

Seems 'ThisIsFun' is trying to confuse me (and potentially others) by using the initial authors name Angelo Geissen for the Cologne (or Koeln in the original German) catalogue.
Yes, it is Cologne#3261 and there is mentioned that the A in the exergue is the officina number.
Another reference number is Milne#5063.
Btw, the year equates to AD392/3.
