I recently acquired this medal / token in a wholesale lot of tokens I purchased. I am unable to identify it. The inscription translates to Germanys Peace Celebration. Given the date 10 April 1871, I assume this refers to the end of the Franco Prussian War. The reference to Williamsburg leads me to think it originated in Williamsburg Pennsylvania. Anyone else have any info, catalog numbers, or values on this piece?

It was probably minted for a celebration of the armistice and issued by the German club in Williamsburgh. Maybe you can contact them and they have detailed information in their archives https://wgc29.wildapricot.org/

The medallist was Emil Sigel, the standing figure is Germania, and the Williamsburgh is Williamsburgh, New York.

Williamsburgh was a town that was annexed by Brooklyn New York in 1855 and became a borough of New York city in 1898. Since the medal is inscribed "Friendsfeier" it celebrates the "Peace" after the Franco-Prussian War rather than a "Victory". Not a minor distinction since many of the people celebrating the end of that war left Germany to get away from the Prussian Crown and it's militarism. I wrote an article about this and similar medals in the May 1982 issue of TAMS Journal.
