I'll try my hand at grading again. I'll say not quite EF-40 but not VF-20 either, so VF-30. If there was a 35 in Canadian grading I would put it there. Not sure what's going on with the parallel lines on the reverse.
I wish there is a "Photograde" for Canadian coins too.
The wear areas I suspect look worse than they are because of the contrast in color. First impression would be VF-20, but it's probably actually a VF-30.
