I have had trouble identifying this coin. I am assuming it is Constantine I but all the images I have found have no legend on the obverse. It all looks very soft, is it genuine?

Link is to a solidus, this is supposed to be silver. Have the forgers done some of each?

That may be a typo at the Forum site.
