Looks like a slider to me. AU-58 to MS-62.

My first instinct of this coin is a strong strike. So my question would be, is the star weak in this issue?

The central high point of the star on the die can fill with tiny amounts of junk. Emu's feathers and the grass is a bit rounded on the length of the grass blades / feathers.
In this case, not the freshest of dies.

The image of the King usually shows up quite weakly when the rest of obverse can be quite sharp. The King's image must have been transferred by hubbing to make the master die. Lots of Australian silver of George V1 shows the same weak image of the King on MS+ grades.

No wear, MS63.

(That Looks About Right) MS63 OK.
PCGS have taken the image of the King being weak, not worn.
I agree.
