One guy on ebay will say it's "rare" and ask $100 for it and then another guy will have the same bill for $1.99 in a 7 day auction. Report this Post to the Staff

On ebay on advanced you can search for sold listings and see what was the price that the item sold for. It can help you determine if the item is really rare or not.
