I'd say something complimentary about the move, except nothing of that sort occurs to me where Bitcoin is involved.

Now, with an ex U.S. Mint director on their Board of Advisors,
maybe at long last, they could actually start minting Bitcoins!

The obvious downside to this strategy, is that the Chinese will almost certainly fake them.
