Check her ear lobes if long then #4 if standard then #5

P4 and P5 are tough. Bigger pics would help, but I think it's P4, looking at the distance of her forehead.

If anyone knows how to superimpose pics, you can use these:

Pics a little small, but looking at the shape of the ear, I will agree with OT4.
Picture not big enough to give an accurate grade.

If you would post focused images and cropped to show the coins and not the holder, you would have a much better chance to have your question answered with more certainty.
I tried to enlarge your images... they get blurry
