There is no such thing as rainbow coating on any coin. what you mean is an iridescent like toning
sometimes called RAINBOW toning. what you are showing us is called ''artificial toning''.

What chemicals would be used? it looks just like they circulated...

I once used lacquer thinner on a dirty (junk) coin to see how well it would clean up. It worked surprising well and gave it a rainbow effect. I would not recommend doing this for anything worth keeping.

sorry about using the coating word I just didn't know what to call it . I have like 40 of those coins how can I tell the difference ?

Those look like normal circulated cents to me.
