Off center broadstrike? I'm not sure, but we will find out soon enough. It looks like an error.?

Can you post an image showing an angle of the side? this does not look right, the portion of the coin is not toned, the image to me looks like there are 2 coins, one behind the other

I think the picture was taken on top of another coin, for the angle. I use this trick often. The top coin is the one in question.

Ok, then if what is actually in questions is the off center-ness (seen in the SSW portion of the coin) then yes this is off center, but its barely touching the L of liberty, and no other devices are affected by the error. IMO this is barely over the tolerances, and would garner a negligible premium.
