hmmmmm 1st one I would grade it at best MS60 and that would be on a good day. He looks like he was shot with buckshot in the face. It does have a bit of luster but it also appears to have some staining of some type on the reverse as well. The obverse has pitting as well though not as much. The 2nd coin looks a lot better MS 61/62 @ best.
