Hi guys I am looking at attempting to purchase this Florin.

It looks genuine to my unskilled eye, the seller claims the reverse to be extremely fine. I think there a few to many pit marks for that grade but like I said I'm no expert as you all know.

It is hard to tell if its been cleaned from these pics but there the only pics available, to me it looks as if its been cleaned. He sells a lot of coins and is called coinsallcoins ,

Standard questions grade and value , he says cat value is $300 I feel that's hi for this but it is an oldie. Star is good emu has wear pits and scratching fairly evident 6 pearl near full diamond. What you think. All help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I would have to grade this one in good Fine condition, because the high points of the design have flat areas around them.
Obverse 6 pearls.
For a $300 coin, it would have to be at least a bit better than VF.
My Renniks 24th ed. publ. 2011 lists this coin at $125 in VF.

Probably hasn't been cleaned, or if it has been, that was a very long time ago.
There is no mint lustre at all, and that is due to wear and patination.
