Everything looks normal from what I can see. If there area on the motto is the tops of the devices near the rim areas, that is die wear. There is also a die chip on the upper inside part of the 9. Same with the USA. Die wear in that area.
You will get there. Here is another example of what I mentioned on the die aging and the area affected: Not how the devices are taller in that area, but it is not a doubled die. It is simply a case of the die wearing away. It often looks like a snow drift on the coin.
