Is this a Die chip, Cud, or clash? I have 4 of them so far. Going through a roll of uncirculated.

Assuming it is raised, then a chip it is! Sometimes they get larger in this area and are referred to as "Hornet's Nests" (Coop has great pics). Good eye!

"Hornets nest" good name for it. Thanks Sudz. First time I have come across this term. But makes sense.

To me the center image,(most colorful) shows a die crack. See how it snakes upward to the left side of the 1st bay?

It is raised. So would that make it a Cud then?

A die cud involves the edge of the die breaking off.
1960-P-..-One-Of-The-Three-C's
This was the case of a Cud on each side of the coin.
1960-P-..-One-Of-The-Three-C's
note how the Die Cuds on these coins are progressive?

A die chip is part of the design breaks off.

A die crack is a crack in the die that looks raised. They are irregular and most of the time not straight, just jagged like a line.

All three; die crack, chip, cud are raised because the die is affected. The die is a negative making a positive coin. So if something is incuse on the die, it will be raised on the coin.
