I found this in a lot of cull Indian Head cents. Although the reverse is illegible, I think it says New York on the back due to the amount of stars on the reverse. Would you agree? How much is it worth in this condition? A few bucks?

I happen to have my CWT book with me, I think your token is 112/396
Very common and if at EF-AU only worth about $25-$40

Fuzzy is correct. The reverse says "WILSON'S 1 MEDAL" and you can see the small "H" at about 5:30 o'clock (your picture is upside down of the reverse). That is die number Fuld-396, and you can see a picture at this link:

The Washington/New York token looks slightly different than the Washington bust obverse you have. Below is my example so you can compare the positions of the stars, etc.
