I have a 1920 Buffalo being graded at NGC right now. When I get one that back I'll compare it to this one and see if it's worth the money to have the 1919 submitted.
I'm still learning to grade Buffalos. They seem to be among the harder coins to accurately grade.
This coin is very sharply struck with only the couple of small marks, but the luster isn't as strong as you'd find on a 1938-D and I've heard that luster coins for a LOT with graders.
