Has anyone seen similar die damage on recent circulating coinage? I'm thinking Feeder Finger Damage! but I'm not certain. Thanks in advance for your opinions and thoughts. The coin was found in change (and set aside) several months ago and I just found it again.

The damage is on the die. It is too wide to be a rotated torch in that area. The die shows no exact die die wear anywhere else, and I'm not sure of the cause. It is one of the three things mentioned on the image:
